1. Eligibility

2. Products & Pricing

  • The Company sells clothing and fashion products.

  • Product descriptions and images are for representation purposes; slight variations in color, design, or fit may occur.

  • Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of GST as specified.

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing, discontinue products, or cancel orders due to stock or pricing errors.

3. Payments

  • Payments must be made through authorized payment gateways in accordance with RBI guidelines.

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment authorization.

  • The Company is not liable for payment failures due to banking or technical issues.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3–4 business days, subject to availability.

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to external factors.

  • Risk and ownership transfer upon successful delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to product condition (unused, unwashed, original packaging with tags).

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before shipment.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (logos, images, designs, text, graphics) is the property of SHOPLIO PVT LTD and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

  • Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or website services.

  • Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh.
