Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 3–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment authorization as per RBI guidelines and banking regulations.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • The Company delivers across India through authorized third-party courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and may vary depending on location and logistics availability.

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

  • The Company is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, government restrictions, public holidays, or force majeure events.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • The Company reserves the right to modify shipping charges without prior notice.

4. Risk & Title

  • Risk of loss and title of products pass to the customer upon successful delivery at the registered shipping address.

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. The Company shall not be liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.

5. Damaged / Incorrect Products

  • Customers must notify the Company within 48 hours of delivery in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Claims made after 48 hours may not be entertained, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Compliance

  • This policy is governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh.
