Refund policy
1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice.

Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or misuse.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased during clearance or special sale (if marked non-returnable).

Innerwear or personal-use items (if applicable) due to hygiene reasons.
3. Return Process

Customers must initiate a return request via email or phone within 7 days of delivery.

The Company reserves the right to approve or reject the return after inspection.

Customers may be required to provide unboxing images/videos for damaged or incorrect product claims.
4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund may be processed via bank transfer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product delivered was defective or incorrect.
5. Damaged / Incorrect Products

Customers must report damaged, defective, or wrong products within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims raised after this period may not be entertained, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
7. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh.
